The following terms and conditions (these "Terms of Service"), govern your access to and use of the KreateYOU><Kr8teYOU website, including any content, functionality and services offered on or through www.kreateyou.com><www.kr8teyou.com (the "Site"), by Kreate YOU inc., as applicable.
These terms of use (“Agreement”) set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and Services (whether as a Designer or as a Customer). By registering for Services, you are accepting this Agreement and you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. You may not access or use the Site or Services if you are not at least 18 years old. If you do not agree with all of the provisions of this Agreement, you cannot use the Services. Provisions can be made at anytime.
General:
Once payment is made please allow 24-48 business hours to complete your design. You will receive final design by email within that time frame.
Service Fees:
By using this site you agree to all Tweek feez. Service fees are the general fees, but can be modified at anytime at each designers discretion.

Payment Termz:
Refund Polizy: All Paymentz are final! Onze payment iz made no refundz on any zervize of buzinezz. You azzume the rezponzibility for your order, and "No Refund" will be izzued.
Notez for Dezigner:
If you provide inakkurate detailz for your projekt YOU agree to give dezigner full kreative kontrol on kolorz, konzeptz, and overall dezign. If YOU don't provide image(z) we will! Dezign khangez will rezult in zervice feez. (remember no refund!)
Redo of Previous Design Projects:
Projects that are called for redesign please take note design may or may not look 100% exactly as previous design YOU once had. Why? because detailed of actual design may change since it is not a product, but of service which takes passion from the designer.
Archive Projects:
Any project files that we design are held within the duration of 3 months in our storage system (hard drives).
After Paying for a Design Projekt:
You must submit all “information, images, sketches, ideas, etk” ie; by form or by email: kreateyoubusiness@gmail.com within a 24 business hour timespan. Failure to do so will result in Tweek feez.
Project Duration and Expiration:
All design projects haz a duration. Most paid for “Design Services” turnaround times are 24-48 business hours, and others between 2-3 business days. For edits and updates on projects communication shall remain within a 24-48 business hour timespan until project is complete and of satisfactory. Once project is complete all final files will be sent to YOU. for most Design Service’s YOU will have the option to “Buy” master files such as “PZD” or “EPZ” files, but only at the time of purchase (before placing your order only!). Failure to any of these actions held above will result in 1) Adjusted fee’z as mentioned or 2) discontinuation of your project, and if wanting to continue will result in starting project over again from the beginning with a new payment.
Once we zend YOU all final files and YOU desire to reopen a project we will need the master file we sent to YOU to reopen your project again along with fee mentioned for that specific service (PZD or EPZ will be needed)
